Cosy studio apartment in a peaceful area of Altstadt.
It is a studio apartment of 27 m2, located on the second floor. The apartment is fully furnished (property of landlord).
This includes:
- Bunk bed (with pillow and quilt)
- A desk with desk chair
- A dinner table with chairs
- Washing machine
- Drying rack
- Television
- Large wardrobe with mirror
- Several sideboards for storage
- Sofa bed
- Vacuum cleaner
The main living space is bright and spacious, facing a quiet courtyard.
The living space is connected to a modern kitchen, equipped with a fridge, freezer and oven. The kitchen comes with basic equipment such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and kettle.
The apartment has a private bathroom, that is connected to the living space via a hallway. The bathroom is equipped with standard facilities and the hallway has plenty of storage room for coats and shoes.
The apartment comes with a private storage room in the basement. Furthermore, common rooms can be used for bike storage and drying of the laundry.
The apartment is at walking distance to:
- The inner city with many restaurants, bars and shops
- Various supermarkets, including Aldi, Netto and Rewe
- The main campus of the Technical University Dresden
- Grosser Garten
All other parts of the Dresden can easily be reached with public transport. The apartment is close to various bus/tram stops, including main station (Dresden Hauptbahnhof).
The current rent is around 370€ (incl. gas, water and condominium fees).
Excluded are electricity costs (~25€) and internet (~30€).
The apartment is available from December 1rst, with the possibility to move in earlier as I am leaving Dresden mid-November.
Minimum duration of rental contract is 1 year. The contract will be signed with my current landlord, who has been very helpful throughout my entire stay.
