Da ich Dresden zwecks eines Praktikums für 3 Monate verlasse, vermiete ich für diesen Zeitraum meine Wohnung unter.
Die Wohnung hat eine schöne große Wohnküche und ein großes Wohn-/Schlafzimmer.
Sie ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl mit Schubladen, Sofa, inkl. Waschmaschine. Auch die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.
Natürlich werde ich dir Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, Schreibtischschubladen etc. für deine Sachen leerräumen.
Wegen der Überlassung der Wohnung bin ich aufgrund der Feiertage und des Jahreswechsels relativ flexibel.

As I am leaving Dresden for 3 months for an internship, I am subletting my flat for this period.
The flat has a nice big kitchen and a big living/bedroom.
It is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa and washing machine. The kitchen is also fully equipped.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Elbwiesen und der Elbe in ruhiger Lage.
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig.
Es besteht eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Das Uniklinikum ist um die Ecke.
Die Neustadt und das Zentrum der Altstadt sind mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 15 min erreichbar.

The flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe meadows and the Elbe in a quiet location.
Shops for daily needs are within walking distance.
There is a good connection to public transport.
The university hospital is around the corner.
The new town and the centre of the old town can be reached by bike in about 15 minutes.
Internet WLAN vorhanden.
