As I will be gone over the summer, from 9th of June, until end of September, I am subletting my apartment.
Rent includes everything (heating, electricity, etc.)
The apartment is amazing, with a big living space, a good-sized kitchen for 1 person, and a nice bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and a small freezer, in addition to a microwave and plenty of storage.
I will leave my couch, the chair, dining table + chairs and cleaning equipment.
There is also an ironing board and iron.
The Flag also has a super nice rooftop, and a gym that I use regularly, with good equipment. There is also a laundry room where you pay a fee for doing your laundry. The Flag is a social place to stay, so perfect to make friends if you come to Frankfurt on your own.
There is also a security guard.
The location is perfect, directly on Bockenheimer Warte. From here you can take the U6, U7 and U4, to get to the city centre/ Hauptbahnhof and many other places. It is also 2 minutes to walk to the Tram station, and there are plenty of busses as well. It is super well connected.
It is also right next to Rewe and Netto, and it is ~ 10 minutes to walk to Lidl, Penny and Aldi.
It is right next to Leipziger Straße, perfect if you like shopping, and also very close to Grüneburgpark if you like to go out in nature. It is ~ 12 minutes to the city centre by u-bahn. The location is really perfect.
