Because I'm shifting to Stuttgart, my nice flat in Bockenheim will be vacant from 1st August.
The appartment is 36m2 big, with bathrom, kitchen and living-room with high bed.
The location is like a dream, 3 minutes to the charming Niddapark, a few minutes to the lovely Leipziger Straße and its diverse shops and a few meters away from an excellent Spanish restaurant :)
Please be aware that I would like to sell ALL furnitures in the flat for 2000 euros.
It includes: kitchen (oven/big fridge/shelves), washing machine, high dobble bed, huge cupboard in bedroom, two tables + 4 chairs, matress, etc.
So if you are fine with that, contact me and we shall arrange a visit for coming week-end :)
PS: as I'm aware of the struggle it can be to find accomodation in Frankfurt, feel free to add a few lines about how badly you want this flat!
