Die Wohnung liegt im 8. Stock und hat somit einen tollen Blick auf die Skyline von Frankfurt! Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und besitzt alle notwendigen Kochutensilien.
Ich habe im Zimmer viele Sitzmöglichkeiten geschaffen für Besuch.
Das Bett ist 1, 40 x 2 m groß und der große Schreibtisch bietet Raum für das Arbeiten.
Das Gemeinschaftsbad mit WC und Dusche für die Etage befindet sich auf dem Flur, welches du nicht selbst reinigen musst. Wöchentlich wird dieses von einer Reinigungskraft geputzt.
Es ist sehr ruhig, sodass man sich gut zurückziehen kann.

The apartment is located on the 8th floor and therefore has a great view of the Frankfurt skyline! There is an elevator.
The apartment is furnished and has all necessary cooking utensils.
I have created many seating possibilities in the room for visitors.
The bed is 1.40 x 2 m and the large desk offers space for working.
The common bathroom with toilet and shower for the floor is on the corridor, which you don't have to clean yourself. It is cleaned weekly by a cleaner.
Bockenheim ist ein angesagtes, schlichtes Viertel rund um die belebte Leipziger Straße mit ihren zwanglosen, studentenfreundlichen Restaurants, Cafés und bis spätabends geöffneten Bars. Direkt vor der Haustür sind zahlreiche und günstige Essensmöglichkeiten. Die Leipziger Straße ist nur 600 meter entfernt.
Falls du nicht auswärts essen willst, erleichtern dir die vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe von der Wohnung das Leben. Lidl und Rewe sind 5 Minuten Gehweg von der Wohnung entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist nicht mal 1 min Gehweg von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Kirchplatz entfernt. Dort fahren die U6 und U7 dich innerhalb von 5 min in die Innenstadt. Zur S-Bahn Haltestelle sind es auch nur 5 min Gehweg.

Bockenheim is a hip, simple quarter around the lively Leipziger Strasse with its casual, student-friendly restaurants, cafés and bars open until late in the evening. Right on the doorstep are numerous and affordable dining options. Leipziger Straße is only 600 meters away.
If you don't want to eat out, the many shopping opportunities near your apartment make life easier. Lidl and Rewe are 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
The apartment is less than 1 minute walk from the subway stop Kirchplatz. There the U6 and U7 take you within 5 min to the city center. The S-Bahn station is also only 5 minutes walking distance away.
