I would like to rent out my lovely 1-room apartment in the center of Frankfurt.

Both students and professionals can stay there. The rental period is unlimited. You will get the contract officially from the Fizz Company. It is not privately signed with me.

Half of the apartments are in the street side, which might not be easy for light sleepers. My room is facing the parking area of a company nearby, which is very quiet.

It is fully furnished . You can move in directly without buying any furniture. I would say it is the best choice for people who wants an easy start in Frankfurt.

The rent is warm, including all the water, electricity, heating and Internet. No additional contracts are needed. Free access to ground floor gym is also included. The reception is there Mon-Fri, you will never miss your package. Regular social activities are organised by the Fizz and the majority of them are free or with reduced price for the residents. You can meet both local and international people here. Or if you prefer your own zone, it is also no problem.
