Furnished apartment available from 15.06 in Galluswarte, 1 min away of the Galluswarte S-Bahn Station and 1 station away of the Frankfurt hbf. Unfortunately I will leave Germany so I need to leave my flat. It's in a new building in WeilburgerStrasse 25.
The building has a rooftop terrace with views of the city, parking garage if you need it, free bikes storage, laundry room in the building... And the apartment itself has a private balcony, excelent window isolation, floor heating, 2 separate rooms (bedroom and kitchen/livingroom) and a big bathroom. The apartment is only around 24 m2 but it's great for a single person.
I also have a sofa-bed that I would like to sell for 120€ and some other things but we can talk about it if you like it.
The warm rent is 660€ everything included (water and electricity). No internet contract since I was never home or just using my phone.
1 min away of the Galluswarte S-Bahn Station and 1 station away of the Frankfurt hbf.

A hard requirement from the landlord is that you have a job with a monthly salary so that rent would be around 30% of your net salary. Also the usual credit check (SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) ).

PS. I cancelled the contract in May but I have a 3 months notice period, so I have to pay until end of August. I am looking for someone that will take over my contract. If you take it and want to stay long term it's perfectly ok. But this is also useful for someone looking for a place until the end of August.
