Da ich mein Praktikum in Frankfurt beendet habe suche ich nun einen Nachmieter für meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung im Urbanum Uninest im Gallus. (2 Minuten Gehentfernung zum Supermarkt, Straßenbahn und Sbahn)
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und verfügt über eigenes Bad, integrierte Küchenzeile, Doppelbett und Schreibtisch. Das Zimmer hat 28 m2 und kostet 869 alles inklusive (Internet+Strom+Wasser+Heizkosten).
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ebenfalls Räume zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung (common rooms): Fitness, große Küche, Study rooms, Lounge mit Billard, Wäschekeller, Parkplatz und Fahrradabstellraum.
Das Zimmer ist für eine Person und ausschließlich für Studenten oder Leute die ein Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen des Studiums absolvieren.
Der Vertrag geht von April bis. Der Vertrag ist für 6-12 Monate oder auch länger verlängerbar. Man kann sich mit dem Vertrag anmelden!

Since I ended my internship in Frankfurt I am now Iooking for someone to take over my apartment. its located at the Uninest Urbanum student housing accomodation in Gallus area, Frankfurt. (Only two minutes walking distance from the supermarket, public transportation like TRAM and Galluswarte train station). The Apartment is 28 m2 big and the rent is 869 Euros all inclusive (Rent + internet + electricity + warm water + heating).

It is well facilitated with communal spaces (Fitness room, common Kitchen, study rooms, lounge with billiard, roof terrace, laundry room, bicycle storage and parking) The apartment is fully furnished with a double bed, Kitchen & bathroom and study desk. It is not a sharing flat and for renting it you have to be enrolled at any university or doing an internship for your studies.
Availability from 01/04/2019 on and the current contract is till 30.Sep.2019 with the possibility of extension for another 6-12 months or even longer depending on the duration of your stay and study.
