Eine super Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung und geile Community. Gemeinschaftsküchen und eine große und schöne Dachterrasse als auch ein Fitnessraum sind zur Verfügung. In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du eine Vielzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, LIDL etc.) und sogar einen Penny direkt im Haus. Außerdem findet ihr dort eine ganze Menge Restaurants und Imbissläden, aber auch Ärzte und eben alles was man so braucht.

Zur S-Bahn (Galluswarte) sind es etwa fünf Minuten Fußweg von dort kommt ihr schnell in die Innenstadt (eine Haltestelle bis zum Hbf). Direkt vor der
Haustüre liegt zudem eine Straßenbahnhaltstelle (Linie 11 und 21).

In der Wohnung steht auch eine Küche zur Verfügung, die Küche besteht aus einer Herdplatte, Spüle, Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle. Ein eigenes Bad ist auch vorhanden (Mit einer Dusche).


In diesem privaten Studentenwohnheim wohnen viele Uni Studenten, eine Party wird regelmäßig in der Gemeinschaftsküche im Erdgeschoss gemacht und du kannst dort neue Freunde kennenlernen...etc


In dem Apartment ist das Rauchen verboten, man kann aber vor der Haustür oder auf der Terrasse gerne rauchen.

I am moving out of my apartment in Gallusviertel and looking for a tenant to take it over. The apartment is located in a private student accommodation right in the center of Frankfurt am Main. The flat has its own kitchen (Fridge, sink, stove plate and microwave) and bathroom.

Right next to the building you find a Penny as well as other shopping centers like Rewe & Lidle... Restaurants, clinics and almost everything you would need is few minutes away from you.

College students are the main residents of the building and they throw a party regularly in our shared community kitchen, you could meet new people there and watch TV together...etc


Smoking is forbidden in the entire building, but you are allowed to smoke on the terasse or simply in front of the house.
