This really nice and comfortable flat is available to rent from March 1st 2021, possibly a bit earlier.
The flat is quite spacious and well designed. The equiped kitchen is separated from the main room, and a buit-in wardrobe is located in the hallway. The small balcony overlooks the private parking.
The flat is located at the elevated groundfloor, so it is easily accessible for you (only a few steps away) but still quite secured from the outside (the balcony isn't easy to reach).
A parking space and a basement are included in the contract. The building also has a communal locked room with washing machine and bike spaces.
The below furnitures have to be taken over against a fee of 700€ (all are in very good shape, bought about a year ago):
- Bed 140x200
- High quality mattress from Emma Matratze
- Standing lamp
- Kallax from Ikea
- Couch with sleep function from Ikea
- Bar table + 2 chairs
- Shoe storage in the hallway
- Black shelf in the kitchen
- Shelves in the basement
Other furnitures visible on the pictures could be negociated as well.
The flat is located in Hausen, a very calm yet well connected part of Frankfurt. In the direct neighborhood are Aldi, Rewe, several small shops (Bakery, Poste Office, Biergarten...).
The Volkspark Niddatal and the swimming pool (Freibad Hausen) are both less than 10 minutes away by foot.
The U6 is less than 2 minutes away (stop: Große Nelkenstraße) and is direct to the City Center. Hauptwache, Konstablerwache and Hauptbanhof are all reachable in about 15 minutes.
The flat will be available on March 1st, possibly a few days earlier.
The rent includes water, heating, a parking space and a ceilar. Electricity and Internet are separate.

A few requirements from the landlord:
- the flat can only be rented to 1 person, no couple
- AMT are not accepted
- monthly net income should be of 1500€ or more
- Students are accepted if they have a guarant or if relatives are paying the rent
