I am looking for a new tenant (must be a student) for this beautiful studio apartment that has been my home for 3 years now. I have a video of the apartment from when I had just moved in, so the furniture you see in there are pretty much what came with the apartment and what you would be getting if you decide to rent it. Unfortunately, this app doesn’t let me upload it, so i would share it with anybody who reaches out. The apartment is on the 4th floor and is 21,43 sq m in area. The total rent is 679 Euros and that includes everything (heating, electricity and internet). Deposit would be 3 months’ cold rent (547 Euros).
You can also see some photos from the website of the building. It is fully barrier free with 3 elevators. There’s a 24 hour laundromat (with coin system). There are reading rooms on floors 1-4, a beautiful terrace with a view of Frankfurt skyline and a garden with barbecue and a volleyball court. There are bicycle storage spaces and paid parking spots in the underground garage.
The building is within walkable distance from University Campus Riedberg. U2 stop Riedwiese/Mertonviertel is a 5 minute walk away, and it takes 20 minutes to reach Hauptwache by U-Bahn. There is a Lidl 8 minutes away by foot. Mertonviertel is only 12 minutes away on foot and it has an Apotheke, a Thai restaurant, a Laundry service, a DHL package kiosk, a bakery, a Penny, etc.
