Im gesamten Gebäude gibt es 273 Apartments. Es gibt 2 große Dachterrassen mit Ausblick auf die Frankfurter Skyline und dem Stadtteil Riedberg, sowie Gemeinschaftsräume und einen Waschsalon. Unterhalb des Gebäudes befindet sich eine Tiefgarage mit 136 Stellplätzen und einem abschließbaren Fahrradraum.
