Das Appartement verfügt über alles, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich Koch- und Reinigungs-/Waschgelegenheiten. Es hat ein modernes Badezimmer und eine kleine integrierte Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Im Keller befinden sich Waschmaschinen und Trockner für Ihre Kleidung. Wenn Sie gerne Musik hören, habe ich ein gutes Soundsystem, einige Instrumente und einen Schallplattenspieler für Sie.
Das Gebäude hat ein Fitnessstudio, für die ich den Zugang gekauft habe. So können Sie das Fitnessstudio kostenlos nutzen.

Hi All,
I am subletting my Apartment (23 sqm) at The Flag (Adickesallee 40), from January March 2020 the least, or possibly longer than that. The apartment is newly build and has a modern bathroom and kitchen.
The apartment is conveniently located. A supermarket, drug store, pharmacy, restaurants and bars, can be found in a 5 minute radius by foot. The apartment is located right next to Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. You can reach a tram station in around 4 minutes.
The apartment has everything you need, including cooking and cleaning/washing utilities. It has a modern bathroom and a little integrated kitchen including a dishwasher. In the cellar, you can find washing machines and dryers for your clothes. If you like listening to music, I have a good sound system, some instruments and a vinyl record player for your use.
The building has a gym for which I bought access. So you will be able to use the gym for free.
