I'm looking for a successor for my old appartment. It's fully furnished with a small kitchen, a batchroom and a big balcony. I am only looking for one person, the apparment will not be rented to couples.

Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine alte Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert mit einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad und einem großen Balkon und wird ausschließlich an eine einzelne Person vermietet.
Das Hauptzimmer enthält ein Bett (1,40m) inklusive Matraze und Bettzeug, eine Kommode mit Fernseher und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Außerdem gibt es eine braune Couch (3-Sitzer), einen ausziehbaren Esstisch mit zwei passenden Stühlen sowie einen gläßernen Couch-Tisch.
Die Küche kommt mit Kühlschrank (+Gefrierfach), Mikrowelle, 3 Sets Geschirr sowie Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen und was man sonst noch braucht.
Das Bad enthält eine Duschwanne, einen kleinen Wandschrank für Handtücher, sowie einen geräumigen Spiegelschrank.
Auf dem Balkon stehen 1 Tisch und 2 Stühle. Der Balkon geht auf die ruhige Lersnerstraße.
Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschine (Benutzung 2,50€) und Trockner (2€), wobei ich immer nur einen Wäscheständer benutzt habe.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ausgezeichneter Lage mit vielen Grünanlagen und Restaurants in Laufnähe. Die nächste Busstation (Adlerflychtplatz) sowie die nächste U-Bahn-Station (Grünebergweg) sind jeweils keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Man kann auch sehr gut zu Fuß zur Hauptwache laufen (ca 15 Minuten).
Parkplätze sind sehr schwer zu bekommen, es gibt aber eine Car-Sharing-Station direkt hinter dem Haus.

The appartment is located between many parks and restaurants. The next busstop (Adlerflychtplatz) as well as the next U-Bahn-Station (Grüneburgweg) are both within 5 minutes by foot. You can also easily walk to Hauptwache within 15 Minutes.
Parking space is very limited, but there is a car sharing station right behind the building.
Kontakt bevorzugt per Mail. Die Vermieterin verlangt einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag mit einem Nettogehalt von wenigstens 2.800 € monatlich.
Ein Internetvertrag kann übernommen werden, so gewünscht.
