Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke - Penny, Nahkauf, Schlecker, Bäckerei, Apotheke, Sparkasse. S-Bahn-Station (S1-S9) Ostend, U-Bahn-Station U6, U7 Zoo nur 2 Minuten entfernt, Tramhaltestelle 11 und Nachtbus direkt vorm Haus. Zu Fuß zur Zeil und Konstablerwache etwa 10 Min.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG, Waschmaschine im Waschkeller
Die Warmmiete beträgt 425 Euro, Strom wird zusätzlich berechnet (ca. 18 Euro pro Person). Die Kaution ist 975 Euro.
