Modern cozy fully furnished apartment available to rent for a flexible period of time for the winter semester in 2021. I am working in Frankfurt at the moment but given the circumstances I am planning to go abroad for the next semester which is why I have time flexibility. The apartment is only available for sublease with the furniture, preferible to a woman (working or student) that would take care of my new furniture. In the future a contract takeover might me possible.
The one room apartment is fully equipped with kitchen (oven, dish washer), private bathroom (washing machine) and balcony. I have furnished the apartment thinking as a loft open living area, with a niche dining table, little desk and a TV and tv-couch. Everything has less than one year of use and is kept in the best conditions.
The rent fee includes fast internet and all utilities.
Bike parking in the building.
Inner yard available for summer BBQ.
*there is no Keller or deposit room
Great location, one block away from Ostbahnhof U-Bahn, with the line U6 plus tram and bus stop. Near by the EZB, the river bank and the zoo. Rewe, DM and apotheke in the same street. Restaurants, gym and coffees in the neighbourhood.
