Since I have been offered a place in public dorm after a year of waiting time, I am looking for someone who would take over my contract in Neon Wood Riedberg.
Eligibility: only students or young professionals
Type: contract transfer, with registration (Anmeldung)
Duration: min. 1 year (you can make a contract transfer after living here for a few months)

Handling fee: 200€ (requirement by the dorm)

Transportation: U1-2-3-8 and buses No 29 and 251. The closest station is Riedwiese/Merton Viertel, which is 8 minutes of walking distance. Bus stops are 3 mins away.
Penny is 5 mins away, while dm, REWE, Aldi, Lidl, Edeka grocery stores around 10 mins. Nordwestzentrum is 12 minutes away by public transportation.
Application deadline: 2 weeks before the move-in. Meaning, if you want to move in on 16th of June, you should apply until the 2nd of June. If you want to move in on the 1st of July, then you should apply until 16th of June. This time is needed by the dorm to process your application.
The start of the lease might be negotiated.
