The apartement is located in the Ulmenstraße, nearly at the corner with Guiollettstraße (approx. 4 Minutes to the Taunusanlage).
It is very central for Frankfurt City - about 8 Minutes by foot to the Alte Oper - and it has easy access to public transport (UBahn/ Westend / Alter Oper - SBahn Taunusanlage).
Several grocery stores are available by foot - 2 Rewe shops at 5-10 Minutes distance; Alnatura approx. 5 Minutes.

Wie vorhin beschrieben, die Wohnung hat auch einem Balkon, was im Sommer zum Grillen (Gas oder Elektro) Sehr angenehm ist. Die Gegend ist auch am Wochenende besonders Ruhig !
Zusätzlich möchte ich meine Möbel weiterverkaufen für einem preis von ca. EUR 1.400,00 - Preis verhandelbar.
Dies beinhaltet unter anderem eine Waschmaschine, Backofen, Staubsauger, Bett usw.
Bewerbungen nur unter Einverständnis des Rückkauf der Möbel - mehr Details während der Besuche.
Schließlich möchte ich Sie darüber informieren das ich für die neu-streichung der Wohnung vor auszug zahlen werde - damit erhält der nachmieter eine frisch neue wohnung.

As previouly mentioned, the appartement has a balcony which is perfect for summer barbecues (gas or Electric). Additionaly the area is very quiet !
I would also like to re-sell my furtniture for a price of about EUR 1.400,00 - negotiable.
The furniture package includes amongst others a washing machine, an oven, a vacuum cleaner, a 2 people bed, etc..
Please only apply to this apartement if you agree to purchase back the furniture - more details during visits.
Finaly, please be aware that I will pay for the repainting of the apartement before I leave, so new arrivants will have a brand new appartement.
