The building was newlly built in 2016, I am the first tenant, the room was well taken care of, everything is pretty new and clean, the instruments made this room very cozy and convenient, there is huge space for storing your stuff with white-colored cabinets. The internet speed was quite fast. There are also some small instruments that I can leave over if needed.
The most amazing thing is that you can use the gym downstairs, it is optional, if you pay 100 euros one time, you can get a card and use the gym as long as you live there.
The location was perfect, it is between the main polizei station and national library, also close to Goether university. if you walk east for 7 minutes , it is the U5 train station, which will take you directly to the city center or the main trainstation. if you walk west for 5 minutes, it is the train station for U1 U2 U3 U8. there are rewe on both sides of the building, and dm is next to one of them. Aldi is also close. The bus 32 is just downstairs.
