Ich biete meine schöne 1- Zimmerwohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 5.08.12 bis 9.11.12 an. Die Wohnung liegt in der StuSie direkt am See und hat ein eigenes Bad und Küche. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Es gibt zwei Waschmaschinen, so wie einen Trockner im Haus. Internet ist vorhanden.

I’m renting my 1-room apartment from August 5th to November 9th. The apartment is located in the student dormitory StuSie, right next to the lake. It has its own bathroom and kitchen and it’s fully furnished. There are two washing machines and a dryer in the building. Internet is also available.

Die Wohnung liegt im Studentenwohnheim StuSie direkt am See. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny und Edeka), Bäckerei, Dönerladen usw. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 1, Am Bischofskreuz) ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen – 10 min. Fahrt bis Stadtmitte.
The Apartment is located in the student dormitory StuSie. You can find Supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, etc nearby. You can reach the tram station (Line 1, Am Bischofskreuz) in 3 minutes walking, and it's 10 minutes to the city center.
Einzigste Voraussetzung ist, dass man Student in Freiburg sein muss(das Studentenwerk braucht eine Studienbescheinigung um einen Vertrag zu machen.)Die Daten sind flexibel. Am besten Kontakt per Email aufnehmen.
