Da ich nur für zwei Monate im Ausland bin möchte ich die Wohnung möbliert(mit Kücheneinrichtung, Bett, Stereoanlage,...) zwischenvermieten. Die Lage ist optimal: Schlossberg, gleich an der Dreisam, Atlantik, Innenstadt, nette Nachbarn...Über die Kaution können wir verhandeln, sofern unterschrieben wird, dass für alle Schäden aufgekommen wird. Ausserdem sollte der/diejenige meine Pflanzen (auch auf dem Balkon=alle 2 Tage; ansonten einmal die Woche)versorgen. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon gestattet. Ich möchte den Zwischenmieter auf jeden Fall persönlich kennenlernen und habe dafür vom 03.- 12.06. Zeit! Ansonsten ist nur noch zu sagen, dass ich mich sauwohl in der Wohnung fühle und ich hoffe, dass jemand anderes das auch für zwei Monate geniessen kann!
