Gemütlich single bedroom apartment in beautiful oberwiehre

da ich für ein Monat vereist sein werde, suche ich einen Untermieter oder eine Untermieterin fuer diesen Zeitraum. Das Apartment liegt im Souterrain, hat eine Kochnische mit 2 Herdplatten, einen kleinen Esstisch, ein Doppelbett sowie einen Schreibtisch. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber gut angebunden. Supermaerkte und Strassenbahn (alter Messplatz) sind in nur 1 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Stadt ist mit dem Fahrrad in weniger als 10 min erreichbar. Auch die Dreisam ist praktisch neben dem Haus, so dass man schön spazieren oder joggen gehen kann. Leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine, aber ein Waschsalon ist nicht weit entfernt. Ich suche einen ruhigen und ordentlichen Untermieter oder
Untermieterin, der sich in meiner gemütlichen Wohnung auch so wohlfühlen kann wie ich.

I will be traveling for roughly a month, I am looking for a sub-tenant for this time. The apartment is a basement apartment!! (but have windows and light), has a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a small dining table, a double bed and a desk (and it's really cozy). The location is very quiet but well connected. Supermarkets and tram (Altermessplatz station) are only a 1-minute walk away. The city can be reached by bicycle in less than 10 minutes. Also the Dreisam is practically next to the house, so you can go for a nice walk or jogging. Unfortunately, there is no washing machine, but a washroom is not far away. I am looking for a quiet and orderly sub-tenant, who can feel as comfortable as I am in my comfortable apartment.
