Ich suche ab dem 01.04. eine*n Nachmieter*in für meine Wohnung im Stühlinger.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus mit ganz vielen 1-Zimmer-Wohnungen, in denen hauptsächlich junge Leute wohnen.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ist zu einem Innenhof gerichtet.
Sie hat einen Balkon, wo bis mittags die Sonne scheint.
Ansonsten ist man in 3 min an der Straßenbahn Haltestelle Eschholzstr. und in 2 min zu Fuß beim nächsten Aldi.
Mit dem Fahrrad brauch man ca. 7 min ins Insti und 5 zur UB.
Zu Fuß ist man in 10 min. am Bahnhof.
Also insgesamt eine top Lage.
Der Vermieter verlangt eine Mindestmietdauer von 18 Monaten.
Wenn ihr euch das vorstellen könnt, dann schreibt mir eine kurze Nachricht wer ihr seid und wie ihr die Wohnung finanzieren werden.
