Untermiete Altbau-Zimmer - only subled

Das Zimmer liegt zentral und naturnah: direkt am alten Wiehrebahnhof, wo mittwochs und samstags Wochenmarkt ist. Dort befindet sich auch ein gutes, kleines Programmkino (Koki) und ein Café mit Außensitzplätzen, das bis abends geöffnet ist. Dort wird Tischtennis und Boccia gespielt. Es sind 5 Gehminuten bis zum Sternwald, 3 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Freiburg-Wiehre, 10-15 Gehminuten in die Freiburger Innenstadt. Um die Ecke gibt es Edeka, Aldi, ein Obst- und Gemüsegeschäft und mehrere gute Bäckereien.
Mein Zimmer liegt als einziges Zimmer vor dem Vorflur der anderen Bewohner*innen und hat 1 großes Fenster nach Süd, einen Erker mit 3 Fenstern nach Südwest und ein großes Fenster nach West. Es ist also den ganzen Tag hell. Im Haus leben viele nette, überwiegend junge Leute, die dir sicher bei Fragen zur Verfügung stehen.

The room is centrally located and close to nature: directly at the old Wiehre train station, where there is a weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. There is also a good, small arthouse cinema (Koki) and a café with outdoor seating that is open until the evening. There people play table tennis and boccia. It is a 5-minute walk to Sternwald forest, a 3-minute walk to Freiburg-Wiehre train station, and a 10-15-minute walk to Freiburg city center. Around the corner there is Edeka, Aldi, a fruit and vegetable shop and several good bakeries.
My room is the only room in front of the vestibule of the other residents and has 1 large window to the south, a bay window with 3 windows to the southwest and a large room to the west. So it's light all day. Lots of nice, mostly young people live in the house, and they'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Ich habe viel Liebe, Zeit und Geld in diesen Ausbau des Zimmers gesteckt und suche eine Person, die pfleglich mit meiner Einrichtung umgeht. Außerdem habe ich viele schöne Pflanzen, die gegossen werden müssten. :-)
Am liebsten wäre mir ein persönliches Kennenlernen vorab.
Es darf drinnen nicht geraucht werden & Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Ich würde vorab alles gut putzen und kann gerne Bettwäsche & Handtücher bereitstellen. Wichtig wäre es mir, dass du den Raum vor meiner Rückkehr putzt. Du kannst mir mir auf Deutsch/ Persisch/ Französisch/ Englisch schreiben.

I put a lot of love, time and money into my room and am looking for someone who will take care of my furnishings. I would prefer to get to know you personally. I have quite a few plants that should be watered regularly. :-)
Smoking is not allowed inside & pets are unfortunately not allowed.
I would clean everything well in advance and could provide bedclothes and towels. It would be important to me that you clean the room before I return. You can write to me in German/ Persian/ French/ English.
