Die Wohnung ist Teil einer modernen Wohnanlage, die optimal mit der in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichenden U-Bahn-Station Jakobinenstraße an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden ist. Von hier aus ist man in wenigen Minuten ebenfalls in Nürnberg. Der Fürther Bahnhof ist um die Ecke, der Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof ist in insgesamt 20 Minuten und der Erlanger Bahnhof in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.

The apartment is part of a modern residential complex, which is optimally connected to public transport with the Jakobinenstraße underground station within 5 minutes walking distance. From here you can also reach Nuremberg in a few minutes. The Fürth train station is just around the corner, Nürnberg main railway station is 20 minutes away and Erlangen main train station is 25 minutes in total.
The residential complex is equipped with elevators. The windows face the inner courtyard, so that no street noise can be heard.
Just outside the complex you can find all shops for your daily supply: several supermarkets, banks etc.
