Die Wohnung/Studio befindet sich im ruhigen Geismar in der Nähe einer Bushaltestelle. Mit der Buslinie 21/22 haben Sie eine direkte Verbindung zum Stadtzentrum und zum Klinikum. Die Wohnung ist mit einer Einbauküche mit Herd und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gehört weiterhin ein PKW-Stellplatz (der auch untervermietet werden kann), ein Vor- und Hintergarten (Mitbenutzung), ein Waschmaschinenstellplatz im Keller und ein Kellerraum. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und die Nachbarn sind alle super nett! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Nahkauf nur 3 min zu Fuß und Penny 8 min zu Fuß.

Wir werden uns mit denjenigen in Verbindung setzen, an die wir die Wohnung vermieten möchten. Bitte senden Sie dazu eine klare Nachricht mit den folgenden Informationen:

The apartment/studio is located in the quiet Geismar near a bus stop. With the bus line 21/22 you have a direct connection to the city center and the hospital. The apartment is equipped with a fitted kitchen with stove and refrigerator. To the apartment belongs furthermore a car parking space (which can also be sublet), a front and back garden (shared use), a washing machine place in the cellar and a cellar room. The house is in a very well-kept condition and the neighbors are all super nice! Shopping facilities nearby: Nahkauf only 3 min walk and Penny 8 min walk.
