Studentenwohnheim für ein Paar oder eine einzelne Person

This is my friend's dorm apartment. The apartment is for short-term renting during the time my friend going back to his home country.

The room has around 35 sqm, with a big window and living room, kitchen and a bedroom, separated by curtains. It is suitable for couples or a single person. The room has been cleaned already and only the stuff you will need is there, for example, all his clothes have been removed from the apartment, so you will have all the space for your use and won't be disturbed by his stuff.

The apartment has one double-bed with a mattress, and two desks and office chairs for study. Everything is made for two-person. The bedroom is separated from the living room and the kitchen by a curtain. The floor is the 12th floor (the top floor), so you have a very beautiful view, and fresh air. The corridor is usually very quiet because this is the top floor. The washing machines are shared with others in the building.

The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen, a double bed, wardrobes, a sofa, tables, chairs, microwave, oven, cookers...He has bought everything, so you can use all of them and don't need to buy anything.
