The apartment is fully furnished and will be available from 1 July 2019 for renting. The size of the apartment is 18m2. The total monthly rent is 350euros. The base rent is 260 euros and additional costs are 90euros (includes water, electricity and heating). The caution deposit is 500euros. The apartment has a big balcony facing west, a private bathroom and a pantry kitchen. Coin operated washing machine and a dryer are in the basement of the next building which can be accessed. Coins can be purchased from GoeHV. Car and bike parking space is available without any additional charge. There is no space for storage in the basement, however, the apartment has a small storage unit above the main entrance door.
The location is Ginsterweg 8, four minutes walk from the Physics department in the North campus. The bus stops are 2 minutes away (lines 21, 22, 23, 41) and supermarkets (Tegut, real, Aldi) are within walking distance. The university sports centre and a fitness centre are about 15 minutes by foot. The neighbourhood is green and quiet. The forest in the Weende district can be easily reached on foot.
The lease period is one year. Pets are not allowed as far as I know (should be discussed with the landlord if there is a need). Smoking inside the apartment is also prohibited. The cleaning of the building staircase takes place once a week. Please contact me if interested and you need more details. Visits can be arranged (preferably after 4pm) . The compulsory radio and TV tax (from ARD ZDF) is not included in the rent. Internet is also not included in the rent and needs to be purchased by the tenant.
