The room is available on 15. 04, it's in the center of Neustadt, 10th floor, 23.5M2, one toilette with bathtub，plus a storeroom (1 M2) and a bicycle room. The environment is very clean and quiet, with 2 Lifts in the building. Also they has the connection for TV and Radio. Many supper markets are around, besides, alien Office, Labour Office, Tax office, and 3 banks are also quite nearly, (5-7 Min for walking), to the train and bus stop you just need to though the shopping city. Lot of old people and students live in here, they all very nice and polite. I've stay here almost 6 months, security is no problem too. Furthermore, the Neustadt Bahnhof is exactly nearby, so if you are traveling , you can directly arrived at this Apartment with train, and don't need to carry heavy luggages to transform in the midnight, that's a really good part about this room.

At last I need to declare the price of the apartment again, 150eu is cold rent, 80eu is for heater and water, for electricity you need to pay extra, which is 14eu per month, but before u leave, the company will calculate with your using, if u didn't use so much, they'll turn the extra money back. For the deposit, you don't need to pay 300eu in one time. On the first time you can pay 100eu, after that every month 50eu payment by installments is acceptable.

All the rooms form IWG are unfurnished. but I'll left the furnitures in the room, include 2 x cupboard, 1 x small wardrobe, 1 mattress, 1 fridge, 1 x electric hob, I think it's necessary for any tenants here, and the total preis is 100 eu.
