Deine zukünftige Wohnung besteht aus einem ca. 16qm großes Wohn- bzw. Schlafzimmer mit Kochnische und einem eigenen kleinen Bad mit Badewanne.Die Wohnnung liegt im 3. Stockwerk eines erst vor kurzem sanierten Altbaus, es ist also alles auf dem neusten Stand. Die Decke ist hoch und es gibt keine Dachschrägen, sodass es keine Probleme mit hohen Schänken etc. gibt. Durch die 2 großen Fenster ist dein Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer immer lichtdurchflutet.
Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner und ein Fahrradkeller. Man sieht - auch dort ist alles da was man so braucht
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, es sind zu Fuß nur 5 min zum Hauptbahnhof und falls zu mal Lust auf Feiern hast, ist die Schorre auch gleich um die Ecke
Du kannst zwischen 3 Haltestellen auswählen und auch in die Stadt hast du es nicht weit, du benötigst zu Fuß bis in die Stadt (Markt etc.) ca. 12min. Mit dem Rad geht es natürlich noch schneller.
Gleich neben der Wohnung ist noch eine Getränkequelle und ein Penny, falls du etwas brauchst, hast du also auch mal schnell um die Ecke eingekauft. Im Hauptbahnhof ist auch noch ein Supermarkt, der auch sonntags geöffnet hat.
