klein aber oho! petite but perfect! pequeno pero perfecto!

Hallo!
Klein aber oho - und fein sowieso: eine gemütliche Mini-Wohnung.

Ihre 3 Räume sind allesamt schön hell, haben Laminat- bzw. Fliesenboden und liegen zu einem ruhigen Innenhof mit Blick auf den Zoo. Bad, Küche und Wohn-/Schlafraum sind jeweils ca. 7-9qm groß und haben alle je ein Fenster. Im Flur findet sich Platz für Stauraum und im Badzimmer wartet sogar eine Wanne, so dass einem gemütlichen Wohnen nichts im Wege steht. Internetanschluss wäre im Haus möglich.

Das Haus liegt günstig, d.h. sämtliche Unistandorte oder auch die Burg sind gut erreichbar, Tram- und S-Bahn Haltestellen sind ganz in der Nähe. Ebenso Grüngebiete zum Joggen, wie auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe ist um's Eck - ein paar Straßen weiter finden sich Penny bzw. Netto. Ein Waschsalon wäre auch nicht weit.

Tiny - yes, but as the saying goes:
good things come in small packages!

So here is one to everyone who likes having it cozy: a small apartment, pretty bright with light, facing north and towards an inner courtyard area so streetnoise won't be bothering. And the bathroom is actually worthy of its name for it has a fabulous bathtub!

The apartment is situated in a nice, calm neighborhood and is in good reach of the city centre by tram or "s-bahn". A tiny park-like area for runners, grocery shopping (both conventional and biological) and a bakery are to be found within walking distance and so is a launderette.

Hola!!!

Un bonito, pequeño apartamento esta esperando!
Las tres cuartos tienen parquet lamindao sintético o losas (esta perfecto si hay problemas con alergía de polvo) y cada uno tiene su ventana. En el cuarto de baño espera una bañera y en el pequeno pasillo hay espacio por extra armario - asi no hay falta de nada para disfrutar un tiempo cómodo viviendo en el apartamento.
La casa se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo y muy cerca de algunos supermercados y del transporte publico (tranvia y "S-Bahn") - asi es fácil llegar a la universidad o al centro de la ciudad.

Si el dato de mudanza no queda bien seguramente podemos encontrar una solución.
