Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für meine Einzimmerwohnung am Domplatz da ich kommendes Semester reisen werde und deshalb die Stadt verlasse. Die Einzug-/Auszugsdaten sind flexibel und können ggf. noch angepasst/ geimeinsam abgestimmt werden.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Zimmer und separater Küche, außerdem gibt es einen Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof raus. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet (Waschmaschine etc), die Möbel bleiben auch alle drin, natürlich mache ich vorher Platz für eigenen Stauraum.
Die Lage ist super zentral, direkt an der kleinen Ulli, aber trotzdem total ruhig, man kann problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Zur Bahn sind es nur weniger Gehminuten und der Domplatz ist direkt vor der Tür.
Wlan gibt es natürlich auch.
Die Nachbarn sind alle nett und unkompliziert, es wohnen mehrer Studenten im Haus.
