Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile, geeignet für nur 1 Person. Es ist komplett neu, ich habe hier nur für einen Monat gelebt, so dass alles in einwandfreiem Zustand ist.
Es gibt einen Waschraum im Erdgeschoss für die allgemeine Nutzung - 2 Euro pro Wäsche/Trockner
Die Wohnung ist nur vom 15.12.2023 bis 28.01.2023 verfügbar. Keine Verlängerung möglich
Der Preis für die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer beträgt 950 Euro warm, gerne würde ich auch eine Kaution in Höhe von 400 Euro zur Absicherung erhalten.
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Vorzugsweise raucht die Person, die vermieten möchte, nicht.

The Apartment has its own private bathroom and a small kitchenette, suitable for 1 person only. It is completely new, I have been living here only for a month, so everything is in perfect condition.
There is a washing room on the ground floor for general use - 2 Euros per wash/dry

The price for the whole duration of stay is 950 Euro warm, I would also love to get a deposit in the amount of 400 Euro to be more secure.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit vielen Neubauten, in denen junge Familien wohnen, Edeka ist gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite.
Die Bushaltestelle ist 5 Minuten entfernt, die S-Bahn Haltestelle - Harburg Rathaus ist 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
In der Nähe gibt es auch eine Apotheke, einige Bäckereien, Restaurants und Cafés.
Insgesamt ist die Gegend wirklich schön.
The apartment is located in the calm area with lots of new building where young families live, Edeka is just across the street.
The bus stop is 5 minutes away, S-Bahn stop - Harburg Rathaus is 12 minutes away on foot.
There is also a pharmacy nearby, some bakeries, restaurants and cafes.
Overall the area is really nice.
