Only for a woman, so sorry guys!
It is a cozy room I find with a bed and two tables, chair, shelf, storage and so on. The flat has a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a washing machine in the cellar for the entire house. I am German, but I also speak English. So if you speak either of those two we will be fine communicating. There is no elevator. I can only allow people who do not bring an entire household of their own to the apartment. It is a clean place and I want it to stay that way, that means specially the kitchen has to be left after cooking the way it was before please.
I can only rent for two months. Longer is unfortunately not possible.

The apartment is very close to the metro station Milbertshofen, like a 3-4 minute walk. It is a quiet neighborhood. Very close around is all you need. supermarkets like Lidl, Netto and Edeka as well as the drugstore Rossmann. Also bakery and nice restaurants and cafes. If you have a var you will find it very useful maybe that you on the Ring within 2 minutes.
You can contact me via mail please. I will answer right away to every one. No black box feeling I promise. I want to rent of course as soon as possible as the 1. November is already through. I will be around from Friday afternoon until end of Sunday. I know how hard it is to find a place in Munich, so I will not make one big "casting", but give every one the chance for a one to one meeting. I have not high demands on the tenant of the other room, but it should feel kind of ok for both to share the flat together. So please just write a short description of you and I promise to make an appointment with you right away on this weekend. And if we are good, you can sigh right away and move in, if you like.
