Ich suche zum 11.10.2013 bis 30.11.2013 einen Nachmieter für meine 1 zimmer Whonung. (aber könnte noch früher die Einlass sein. Am 01.10.2013 wenn gewünscht)
Die Wohnung verfügt über 1 große Zimmer (26m2) plus ein Grosse BadenZimmer mit Badewanne (8m2) und gemütliche küche (8m2)
Die Wohnung ist total möbliert (bilder) hell und sonnig. Alle ist frisch saniert und modern. Wohnzimmer / Schalzimmer mit Teppich. Zentralheizung. FahrradKeller inklusive.
Auch, es gibt ener Fenster zum Hinterhof sodass man jederzeit mit offenem Fenster kann und frisch Luft haben.

I am looking for somebody else to take care my flat from 01.01.2012 till 30.11.2013 even it wuold be possible an earlier admission on 01.10.2013 if needed.
The Flat has a huge room plus Kitchen (8m2) and Bathrom (8m2). Is full furnished and ready to come in. it is bright and sunny. There is carpet e on the main room. Central Heating and Bicycle storage included.
Also, there is a window to the backyard so you can have this window open at any time and have fresh air.
Super Zentral: Die verbindung mit Sbahn is optimal (1 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Reperbahn S-bhan).
Außerdem sind Edeka / Penny und LIDL zu 1 minute. Einkauftsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Bars/Cafes sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und ich großer vielfältigkeit vorhanden.
Hinter dem Haus befinden (1 min) sich Elbe promenade.
Die Wohnung ist Kieznähe und ein bischen Laut am Wochenende trotz die Fenstern sind isolated und man kann gute schlafen. In Arbeit Tage nett normal ruhig.

Really central: Communication with Sbahn is optimal (1 minute walk away (Reperbahn S-bhan). Supermakets: Edeka / Penny and LIDL are at 1 minute. Shopping possibilities, bakery, cafe / bars are within a few minutes and I found great diversity.
Located behind the house (1 min) find the Elbe promenade.
The apartment is close to Kiez and is a little bit loud on the weekend but the windows are isolated and can sleep nicely. Working days is quiet & chill.
