Hi. I am Melvin, 24 years old. I am an Indian male PhD student at the Stiftung Tierärztliche Hochschule Hannover. I moved into Hannover last month and looking for long term accommodation in a one-room apartment. I am looking for a fully furnished apartment with essential amenities such as electricity, water, furnished kitchen, bed and cot, cupboards, chair and table. Preferable if Wi-Fi facilities, bike parking and washing machine available as common amenities. I am on a scholarship provided by the institute and my maximum budget is 500 euros cold rent. I am a quiet person who likes to watch movies, series or listen to music during my free time. Occasionally, I enjoy a good walk around the neighborhood. I cook most days of the week. I like to keep my apartment neat, clean and do not party much. I am very trustworthy person and I assure you to maintain the apartment in the best condition.
