Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß von einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Die anderen Mieter des Hauses sind alle super nett und es ich würde mich freuen, wenn sich der neue Mieter/die neue Mieterin mit ihnen versteht.
Ansonsten gibt es nicht so viel zu erzählen über die 21qm außer, dass sie mir immer alles gegeben haben, was ich brauche.
Bitte schreibt mir ein kleines bisschen was zu euch, denn ich hänge sehr an dieser Wohnung und meinen Nachbarn und würde sie gerne in gute Hände übergeben :) Damit ich weiß, dass ihr bis hier her gelesen habt, beginnt eure Nachricht doch bitte mit "Tip Top".

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. The other tenants of the house are all super nice and I would be happy if the new tenant gets along with them.
There is not so much to say about the 21 qm flat, except that it has always given me everything I needed.

Great apartment at the back end of Haupstrasse, which is absolutely quiet thanks to its position facing the inner courtyard.

Die Küche sowie das Hochbett würde ich dem Nachmieter gerne für 250 Euro übergeben.
Ich möchte die Wohnung zum 01.03.2021 übergeben. Bitte kontaktiert mich nur, wenn ihr die Wohnung auch zu dem Zeitpunkt inklusive Hochbett und Küche übernehmen wollt. Ein früherer Einzug wäre nach Absprache möglich.
