Ich suche ab dem 01.07.23 einen Nachmieter/-in für meine 1-Zimmerwohnung in HD- Eppelheim. incl. Küche, Bad mit Badewanne, Autostellplatz vor dem Haus, Waschküche mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner mit Münzeinwurf (1€), Fahrradkeller.
Lage: Das Haus liegt in der Nähe vom Zentrum Eppelheim entfernt. Bäcker, Döner, Post etc. sind somit zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe, Netto, DM) sind ca. 600m entfernt.
Zur nächsten Straßenbahnstadion (Jakobsgasse) braucht man 10 min zu Fuß. Von dort aus ist man mit der Bahn innerhalb von 15 min am Bismarckplatz in Heidelberg.
Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ca. 20-25 min.
Insgesamt kostet die Miete 425€.
Strom, WLAN und GZ sind nicht in der Miete vorhanden. Dies muss selbst angemeldet werden.
