Ich biete ein vollständig möbliertes Einzelapartment im Studentenwohnheim (INF 679) zur Zwischenmiete vom 01.05.2021 bis 30.09.2021 an. Das Apartment besitzt eine Pantry-Küche mit einem Kühlschrank, und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette. Ein Schreibtisch, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Bett mit Matratze und zwei Regale sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Desweiteren hat das Einzelapartment ein großes Fenster mit Halbbalkon-Geländer. Im Preis inbegriffen ist eine Internetverbindung, sowie Heizung, Wasser und der Strom. Der Waschsalon ist in einer Minute erreichbar. Eine Parkkarte kann für monatlich 10€ dazu gebucht werden. Es gibt vor den Studentenwohnheimen viele Fahrradabstellplätze, die überdacht sind.

I am looking for a subtenant for my 1-room apartment in the student residence (INF 679) from 01.05.2021 until 30.09.2021. The flat has a pantry-kitchen with a fridge, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. A desk, a wardrobe, a bed with mattress and two shelves are also available. Furthermore, the single flat has a large window with a half-balcony railing. The price includes an internet connection, as well as heating, water and electricity. It takes only one minute to reach the laundrette. A parking card can be booked for €10 per month. There are many parking spaces for bicycles in front of the student residences.

Die Bushaltestelle ("Studentenwohnheim") ist nur 1 min vom Wohnheim entfernt. Verbindungen (Linie 31 und 32) zum Bahnhof, Bismarkplatz und Uniplatz sind ohne Umsteigen möglich. Da sich das Einzelapartment in der Studentensiedlung auf dem Campus Neuenheimer Feld befindet, ist man super schnell bei den medizinischen und naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultäten, den Universitätskliniken, dem DKFZ, als auch bei der Zentralmensa.
The bus stop ("Studentenwohnheim") is only 1 min away from the residence. Connections (lines 31 and 32) to the main station, Bismarkplatz and Uniplatz are possible without changing buses. Since the single flat is located in the student residence on the Neuenheimer Feld campus, you can get to the medical and natural science faculties, the university clinics, the DKFZ and the central cafeteria very quickly.
