Ich wohne derzeit in dieser Wohnung und suche jemanden, der sie für die Monate August und September mietet, weil ich nicht da sein werde.

Miete in einem Vorort von Heidelberg, 24 Bus und 15 Autominuten in die Altstadt. Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Haustür und gute Nahverkehrsanbindung. Nächster S-Bahnhof ist Bammental. Von Bammental oder Neckargmünd ist auch Mannheim gut erreichbar.
Möbeliertes Apartment in sympathischer Hausgemeinschaft. Unterm Dach gelegen mit eigenem Bad und Kochnische. Es gibt drei Waschmaschinen. LGBTQ, POC und Ausländer sind herzlich willkommen. Wir haben auch mehrere Fahrräder und ein Hausgemeinschaftsauto.
Alles, was das Leben angenehm macht, befindet sich aber sowieso in Fußwegentfernung: Kunst, Kultur, Reiten, Tennis, Fußball, Ärzte und Zahnärzte, Rathaus, Eisdiele, Shishabar, Restaurant, Apotheke, Edeka und Aldi. Viel bessere Luftqualität als in Heidelberg durch frische Fallwinde aus dem Odenwald. Ein Schwimmbad im Nachbarort ist mit Bus gut erreichbar, der Golfplatz mit dem WG-Auto. Die Hausbewohner sind überwiegend Akademiker oder Studierende. Die Bewohner kommen aus der ganzen Welt und pflegen ein entspanntes Miteinander. Rauchen im Haus ist nicht erwünscht. Wir helfen bei Behörden, beim Organisieren von einem günstigen Fahrrad.Der Vermieter ist ein gemeinnütziger e.V., der Völkerverständigung, Kunst- und Kultur und Bildung für Nachhaltige Entwicklung fördert und betreibt. Für Musiker haben wir Übungsräume, ein Klavier und eine Bontempiorgel. Es gibt einen Brennofen für Keramik und ein Café.

I currently live in this apartment and am looking for someone to rent it for the months of August and September because I won't be there.

Rent in a suburb of Heidelberg, 24 minutes by bus and 15 minutes by car to the old town. Bus stop basically on the doorstep and good local transport connections. The nearest train station is Bammental. Mannheim is also easily accessible from Bammental or Neckargmünd.
Furnished apartment in a friendly house community. Located under the roof with own bathroom and little kitchen. There are three washing machines. LGBTQ, POC and foreigners are very welcome. We also have several bicycles and a shared car.
Everything that makes life pleasant is within walking distance: art, culture, horse riding, tennis, football, doctors and dentists, town hall, ice cream, shisha bar, restaurant, pharmacy, Edeka and Aldi. Much better air quality than in Heidelberg thanks to fresh downdraughts from the Odenwald. A swimming pool in the neighbouring village is easily accessible by bus, the golf course by shared car. The residents are mainly academics or students. The residents come from all over the world and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. Smoking inside the house is not permitted. We help with beaurocracy and the landlord is a non-profit association that promotes and runs international understanding, art and culture and education for sustainable development. For musicians, we have practice rooms, a piano and a Bontempo organ. There is a kiln for ceramics and a café.
