We have 1 Apartement fully furnished with private bathroom and kitchenett. It has morning and evening sun and is located in a Heidelberg suburb with excellent public transport. We are a nice and easy going international community in a center for sustainable development with today 9 people from all over the world. Contract is possible for max 2 month, because tenants will come back after her journey.
Our non smokers and energy efficient (!) house has 5 apartements each with 1-3 rooms. It is newly renovated with solar heating and beautyful huge garden. Excellent air quality, much better than in Heidelberg. We have fast WiFi, 2 laundry machines, dryer. Bus stops near by. From here to Heidelberg Center it is a 30-40 minute ride by bus and/or city train (S-Bahn). Next train station with bicycle it is only 10 minutes away and from there it takes 1/2 hour to Mannheim and 15 minutes to Heidelberg. 2 supermarkets, turkish deli, city hall, medical doctors, dentist, hair dressers, pharmacy, art gallery, horse riding and sports grounds are in short walking distance. There is even a golf course, a public pool and a tennis indoor and outdoor court nearby. We help you with used bicycle, foreign office, jobs and legal affairs. Check it out and get in contact!
The house is 50 m away from the bus stop. To Heidelberg "Alte Brücke" it takes 24' by direct bus and 10 minutes by bike to the next train station with good connections to Heidleberg, Mannheim, Walldorf, Sinsheim... In our village we have two supermarkets in walking distance (10 min to Aldi and 2 min to Edeka), a deli with fresh fruits, sprouts, salads and veggies, bottle shop, chemistry, several dentists and doctors, 3 bakers, 2 banks with ATM. Primary school, excellent sports possibilities near by: Tennis (In- and Outdoor), soccer place and golf club, perfect running and cycling opportunities (mountain and street). Horse riding association is near by, too. Next public indoor pools are at Ziegelhausen and Leimen.
Travel distance to Heidelberg Bismarckplatz by Bus is ~30 Minutes. Travel distance from S-Bahn station Bammental to Heidelberg main station 15 min. and to Mannheim 30 min.
Just call me by phone or write me an eMail. I speak German, English and some Italian. What else can I say? You will love the garden and the village. The house is an international guest house for a center sustainble education and arts. The location is perfect for all kind of artists. We have our own quire and a piano. It is perfect for musicans. If you need a job we can assist you in finding one. Important to mention: Air and water quality in Wiesenbach are much better than in Heidelberg center.
