The apartment has free WLAN, a connection to cable TV and there are two washing machines on the first floor, which are available to residents free of charge.
The additional costs are a flat rate, even GEZ (mandatory German Broadcasting Fee), heating and electricity (!) are included. The room has a built-in wardrobe, a bed with bedside table and mattress and can be rented furnished or unfurnished. If required, a desk and chair are also available.
