Die Wohnung ist ca. 30 m² groß und befindet sich in der Bahnhofstraße 11, 07616 Bürgel (nahe Jena). Der Fußboden ist mit Laminat ausgelegt, das Bad gefliest und alle Zimmer (Küche, Bad und Wohnraum) verfügen über ein Fenster.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 240€ (130€ Kaltmiete + 110€ für alle Nebenkosten). Die Kaution beträgt 260€ (2-fache Kaltmiete).
Außerdem gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus, eine Bar, ein Spielplatz und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Da es sich um einen Altbau handelt, hat die Wohnung sehr hohe Wände, also ideal für ein Hochbett. Bei Bedarf würde ich dem/der Nachmieter/in mein Hochbett namens „Tromsö“ (IKEA, 140 x 200 cm) inkl. Matratze für ca. 200€ überlassen. Die Einbauküche (ungefähr 300€) sollte übernommen werden. Beide Preise sind allerdings Verhandlungssache!
Der Einzug wäre zum 01.04.2010 oder später möglich.
