Für den 01.01.2017 (früher wäre auch möglich) suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine großzügig geschnittene, helle 1 Zimmerwohnung. Die Wohnung hat 40 m2 und ist damit ideal für Singles. Der anliegende Balkon ist wie auch die Wohnung selbst Richtung Westen orientiert, wodurch man auch abends nach der Arbeit oder der Vorlesung noch ausreichende Sonne erhaschen kann. Außerdem hat man vom Zimmer, Küche und vom Balkon eine schöne Aussicht auf den Jentower. Zu der Wohnung gehören ein eigenes Kellerabteil und ein abgeschlossener Fahrradraum.
Bright 1-bedroom apartment in the city centre of jena
From the 01.01.2017 (earlier is also possible) I’m looking for someone to take over my bright and spacious one bedroom apartment. The flat is 40 m2 and is perfect for one person. The balcony is as for the apartment orientated towards the west, which means you can enjoy some nice sunlight after work or uni. Furthermore, you have a nice view towards the jentower from the kitchen, the bedroom and the balcony. A cellar and bike storage room are included with the flat.
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Inselplatz und liegt damit im Zentrum Jenas mit sogar guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Einkaufmöglichkeiten (ALDI, Spar, DM und zahlreiche Restaurants), Straßenbahn, Bäcker und Paradiesbahnhof sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Durch die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und die Orientierung der Wohnung in den Hinterhof, ist die Wohnung trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig.
Location
The flat is close to the Inselpatz and is therefore very close to the city centre with even good parking opportunities. Shops (groceries, drug store, restaurants and so on) are close by and tram stations and a bakery are right around the corner. Plus Paradiesbahnhof is within easy walking distance (7min). Due to the location in a small side street and the orientation towards the rear of the building the apartment is very quiet even when so close to the city center.
Einrichtungsgegenstände sollten gegen Abschlag übernommen werden.
