Süße, kleine 1-Zimmerwohnung im Zentrum

Ich muss wegen meiner Arbeit nach Dresden ziehen. Deswegen muss ich die Wohnung verlassen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Ernst-Abbe Campus und zur Goethe Galerie. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und im Haus wohnen fast nur Studenten. Das Haus hat einen Garten, den kann man zum Grillen oder chillen benutzen. Es ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt vom Westbahnhof und 10 Minuten entfernt vom Paradies Bahnhof. Die Küche habe ich von dem vorherigen Mieter für 120 Euro gekauft aber ich will sie umsonst zum neuen Mieter geben.
Ich habe die Miete und Strom für Mai schon bezahlt, so wenn man am 15.5. einziehen will, kann man 15 Tage in der Wohnung umsonst wohnen. Die Wohnung ist gerade möbliert aber ich habe mich noch nicht entschieden ob ich die Möbel mitbringen will oder nicht. Das hängt vom neuen Mieter ab. Wenn du die Möbel haben willst, kann ich die für 100 Euro verkaufen. Eigentlich habe ich für die Möbel viel mehr bezahlt.
Ich bin noch 10 Tage in Jena, und kann dir gerne die Wohnung zeigen. Ansonsten, gebe ich den Schlüssel zu einem Kumpel und er kann dir die Wohnung zeigen. Die Nachbarn haben eine Waschmaschine und ich habe für sie Waschmittel gekauft und sie haben mich gelassen umsonst ihre Waschmaschine zu nutzen. Das kannst du mit denen reden und ich glaube es wird kein Problem. Sonst, gibt es einen Waschsalon 5 Minuten entfernt von der Wohnung. Es gibt auch einen Keller, der nur dir gehört. Du kannst deine Gepäcke, deinen Staubsauger usw. hier lassen.

The flat is central and almost in the middle of the town. It´s 5 minutes away from the Westbahnhof and 10 mins away from the Paradies park. Ernst-Abbe and Goethe Galerie are 2 mins away by foot. I bought the kitchen and the fridge from the last renter for 120 euros but I will just leave them inside, so you can have it for free. The flat is furnitured right now and it actually depends on you if you want to have it furnitured or not. I sell all the furnitures for 100 euros, which is not quite even close to the number that I paid for them.
I have already paid for May, the rent and the electricity. I will move out on the 15th so you can live the rest of May starting from the 15th for free and you will start paying on the 1st of June.
The neighbours are very friendly and almost everyone in the building is a student. You can enjoy the garden with your neighbours and you can grill or just chill with a drink. I have been using my neighbours` washing-machine for free. I just had to buy detergent. You should discuss with them and I think there will be no problem. Anyways, there is a laundrette just 5 mins away. And there is a basement only for you. You can put your baggage, your vacuum cleaner and all extra stuff you dont want to have in your room in it.
