Gemütliche und zentralgelegene Einraumwohnung zur Untermiete / Subleasing a cozy one-room-flat in Jena‘s city center

Ich biete meine tolle Einraumwohnung zum 15. März für ein halbes Jahr zur Untermiete an. Sie ist quasi ab sofort verfügbar, aber auch ein Einzug zum 1. April ist möglich!

Zunächst einmal wird die Wohnung durch ihre dicken Außenwände gekennzeichnet, die dafür sorgen, dass es im Winter wohlig warm und im Sommer angenehm kühl ist. Dank großem Fenster in der Mitte des Raumes ist die Wohnung mit viel natürlichen Sonnenlicht durchflutet, ohne dass es dabei blendet. Die Wohnung ist wie folgt aufgeteilt: Es gibt einen großen Wohnbereich mit eingebauter Küchenzeile, das Bad befindet sich in einem separaten Raum. Dabei sind sowohl Bad als auch Küche sehr modern gehalten und voll ausgestattet.

Im Hinblick auf die Ausstattung gibt es zudem zu sagen, dass ich selbstverständlich jegliche Möbel in der Wohnung lassen werde und du sehr viel Platz haben wirst, um deine eigenen Gegenstände und Sachen unterzubringen und es dir ganz heimelig zu machen! Im Wohnbereich befindet sich somit ein Doppelbett, eine große Kleiderkommode, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Sofa und ein Esstisch mit 4 wirklich gemütlichen Klappstühlen. Die Küche besitzt eine Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Ofen & Herd und ausreichend Stauraum für Lebensmittel und andere Gegenstände. Ich würde außerdem meine kompletten Kochutensilien, wie beispielsweise Töpfe, Kochgeräte etc., da lassen und auch Esszubehör wie Besteck und Geschirr. Zudem verfügt die Küche über einen sehr geräumigen Kühlschrank inklusive Gefrierschrank! Das Bad beinhaltet eine Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette.

Solltest du gerne lesen, dann ist auch für genug Lesestoff gesorgt! Denn ich besitze sehr viele Bücher, die ich gerne teile :)

I am subleasing my great one-room-apartement from the 15th of March on for half a year. Basically, it is available from today, but also moving in around the 1st of April is possible

First of all, the flat is characterized by its thick walls, which cause the flat to be cozily warm in winter and pleasently cool in summer. Thanks to the big window in the middle of the room, the flat gets a lot of natural light without making it disturbingly bright. The flat is divided as follows: There is a spacious living space which contains also the smaller kitchen area. The bathroom is seperated from the living space in an extra room within the flat. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are very modern and fully equipped.

I will of course leave my furniture in the flat and there is loads of space for you to store all your belongings and make the space even more homely for you. The living space contains: a double bed, a big dresser, a desk and chair, a little sofa and a dining table together 4 very comfortable folding chairs. The kitchen contains among other things a microwave, an oven + stove and a dish washer as well as plenty of storage room for your groceries etc. I would also leave behind all of my kitchen utensils, such as pots and some kitchen gadgets, as well as dining equipment, such as dishes and cutlery. Moreover, the kitchen contains a very spacious refrigerator + freezer. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and shower.
