Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
ich ziehe nach Stuttgart, da ich dort ab 01.10. arbeiten werde. Nun suche ich nicht nur selber eine Wohnung sondern auch einen Nachmieter für meine. (Wohnungstausch im Raum Stuttgart somit auch möglich).
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Wohnküche (angenehme größe), einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Toilette und einem Schlafraum.
Hier kann man sich auf 41,2qm wohl fühlen.
Die Spühle würde ich dem Nachmieter überlassen, ansonsten könnt ihr euch frei entfalten.
Ein Keller ist im Mietpreis enthalten und auf dem großen Gemeinschafts-Etagenbalkon kann man die frische Luft genießen.
