Cozy one bedroom apartment for long term contract

After some time here in Kiel, I am finally making my next step in my life and I'm leaving the city. And I'm currently searching for someone to takeover my contract with Vonovia. I don't really speak German so please respond iin English :)

When I took the flat, it was completely empty, except from the oven. I had to buy everything and the ideal situation would be to find someone that wants to take everything inside the flat. That would mean, less troubles for me. Because I wouldnt have to take care of anything regarding the furniture. For that reason, If someone would be interested to take over everything, I would definitely reduce the price of them by a lot.

I moved to this flat in April and all the furniture are new (except for some in the kitchen). In the flat, you'll find anything you need to start your daily life.

*The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Plates, glasses etc.
*The bed's size is 160x200 and it has extra storage space (4 drawers in total below the mattress).
*There is a hanging LG smart TV
*One hammock that I recently got, which is super comfortable and you can even sleep inside (the TV can rotate so you don't have weird watching angles).
*The lamps in the bedroom (not kitchen) are smart lamps, so you won't have to stand up to turn the lights off while half asleep :P
*I also have a complete set with dumbells/bars/weights which you could use. If it's not something that you don't need, I can definitely make it disappear from the house.
