1 Zi Wohnung in Uni Nähe

Ich suche eine*n Untermieter*in für meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung im 5. Stock (es gibt einen Fahrstuhl bis in den 4.) an der Holtenauer Straße für die Zeit meines Auslandssemesters. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Durch die große Fensterfront hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Sonnenuntergänge. Zur Uni braucht man zu Fuß 15 min, eine Bushaltestelle und diverse Supermärkte sind direkt vor der Tür. :)

I am looking for a subtenant for my 1-room apartment on the 5th floor (there is an elevator to the 4th floor) on Holtenauer Straße for the duration of my semester abroad. The apartment is fully furnished with a washing machine and a dishwasher. You have a wonderful view of the sunsets through the large windows. It's a 15-minute walk to the university, and there's a bus stop and various supermarkets right outside the door. :)
