Ich suche so schnell wie möglich einen ruhigen Mitbewohner in meiner Wohnung in der Körnerstraße in Kiel.
Zu vermieten sind „2“ Zimmer, die mit einem Durchbruch verbunden sind. Das große Zimmer hat 15qm^2 und das kleine 5qm^2. Es gibt noch ein Kellerabteil und ein extra Abstellraum.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 230€ und mit allen Nebenkosten (Betriebskosten, Warmwasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet, GEZ, …) liegt die Monatliche Miete bei ca 400€.
Zu mir:
Ich bin Laurenz, 21 Jahre alt und studiere BWL. Ich mache Fitness, spiele Tennis und bin in ein paar Vereinen an der Uni aktiv.
Es sind nur Nichtraucher erwünscht und ich beantworte nur Anfragen mit einer kleinen Vorstellung von sich selbst.
